Gene's Luggage Testimonial
I have been a "road warrior" for over 30 years and therefore have had my share of various travel luggage, suppliers and unimaginable horror stories.
I visited Gene’s Luggage in their old storefront for a repair on an old suit bag some time ago and was greatly impressed by Gene’s knowledge and the service I received. This was on a piece that he had no responsibility for! I don’t believe that he made a penny on providing me with this great service.
When it came time to purchase an upgraded suit bag, I went back to Gene. He suggested that I consider a Briggs & Riley piece. Though it was actually priced better than if I had purchased it on line, the real value came when my bag was incredibly damaged by a hotel and airline in the same weekend.
I called Gene and he set me at ease by explaining the B&R warranty. I dropped off my bag, he sent it off and told me that it would “all be OK” when it was returned.
His follow through and professional knowledge and service is worth twice what I paid for my bag.
I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, nor should you.
