All non-monogrammed merchandise can be exchanged, or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt. You may return all non-monogrammed merchandise for a refund within 20 days of receipt. Receipt must accompany exchange or return. All non-monogrammed merchandise must be returned un-used and in the original shipping box. A full refund less the shipping cost will be credited if the items are returned within 20 days of receipt.

Shipping Information

All orders received by 3:00 pm Pacific time will be shipped the day they are received. All orders are shipped Fedex unless otherwise requested.

If, for any reason, any item should prove defective return it to us and we will replace it without cost or question. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of these items.
